Here are a list of organizations that raise awareness and spread support of depression and suicide prevention. Please click to learn more about each organization.

If you think you might be a victim of depression, please talk to your doctor. They can point you in the right direction of a psychiatrist, therapist, etc. and the proper medication to help you feel better.

To Write Love On Her Arms (TWLOHA) is dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide
